The Global Discipleship Initiative (GDI) with Greg Ogden and Ralph Rittenhouse is dedicated to the power of MicroGroups for the transformation and multiplication of followers of Jesus. A MicroGroup is 3-4 people who can grow to trust each other deeply as they share the ups and downs of their journey toward becoming more like Jesus.

At the same time, they are being equipped to hand off their faith. Greg Ogden is the author of Discipleship Essentials and Transforming Discipleship. He received the Robert Coleman Award for Evangelism and Discipleship in 2021 after 40 years of practicing the effectiveness of making disciples a few at a time.
